All of the listings in my store are for the die that cuts the sample in the picture. It does not include the sample.  You will receive the state die and the die for the letters.

The background grid is measured in inches for size reference.

I ship via USPS First Class Package which includes a tracking #.  Shipping is a flat $6 whether you order 1 die or 20.  The flat rate is for shipping in the USA. $15 to Canada and $18 to Europe.
